Series-connected 1-to-2 intermediate-frequency power supply

The series-connected one-to-two medium-frequency power cabinet, together with two furnace bodies, forms a melting system featuring one power supply for two furnaces. The dual-power-supply, one-to-two configuration is particularly well-suited for large-scale, continuous production operations in small and medium-sized casting machines. While one furnace operates at high power for melting, the other furnace can either maintain heat or preheat cold charge materials. The output power can be flexibly allocated between the two furnace bodies as needed. The total combined operating power of the two furnaces remains constant and stable, eliminating the need for an external switching device to select which furnace to use.
