       Traditionally, high-, medium-, and ultrasonic-frequency induction equipment has been cooled by either excavating a pool of a certain size or using open-style fiberglass cooling towers, with hard water directly employed for cooling. In recent years, equipment failures caused by scaling on the inner walls of water pipes due to poor water quality—resulting in gradually reduced circulating water flow and even blockages—have accounted for approximately 80% of all equipment damage. Therefore, if we improve the quality of the cooling circulating water and ensure more effective cooling of the equipment, we can significantly reduce the equipment failure rate.

    Scope of application
    • For cooling medium- and high-frequency power supplies, induction heating furnaces, and other induction equipment;
    • For cooling steelmaking furnaces in steel plants, including melting furnaces, holding furnaces, arc furnaces, and calcium carbide furnaces;
    • Used for cooling various quenching media (medium- and high-frequency quenching fluids, aqueous quenching solutions, quenching oils, and electroplating solutions);
    • For cooling in vacuum melting furnaces, quenching, tempering, welding, and other vacuum furnaces;

    Fan

    It uses a three-proof fan suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, featuring low noise, high rotational efficiency, corrosion resistance, and excellent insulation properties.

    Collector

    The PVC-material sandwich-type water collector maximizes the prevention of backflow of spray water without affecting airflow, and it’s easy to disassemble.

    Nozzle

    We’ve opted for special small three-layer nozzles (most manufacturers use standard annular nozzles). Although these nozzles are more expensive, they completely eliminate the issue of nozzle clogging caused by dirty spray water.

    Cooler

    Made by welding high-quality 304 stainless steel corrugated tubes, this product is easy to disassemble and assemble, eliminating the hassle of having to completely disassemble it for maintenance as required by other manufacturers—simply remove the side panels to perform repairs.

    Auxiliary machine

    The water tank is made from brushed stainless steel sheets, resulting in a smoother exterior and superior performance compared to ordinary stainless steel sheets.

    Shell

    All use imported coated aluminum-zinc steel sheets, which are among the most corrosion-resistant and heat-insulating sheet materials available. Their service life is 3 to 6 times longer than that of ordinary galvanized steel sheets. Custom-made 304 or 316 stainless steel sheets are also available upon special request.

    Water pump

    The integral centrifugal water pumps equipped with mechanical seals all feature waterproof motors, imported bearings, low head, high flow rate, and low power consumption.

    Inlet grille

    Dustproof and splash-proof, with high air intake and low airflow resistance, it reduces fan energy consumption and effectively ensures the water quality and operating temperature of the spray water.
