    The traditional way of cooling high, medium frequency and super audio induction equipment is to dig a certain amount of water pool or use open glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower, and cool directly with hard water. In recent years, due to poor water quality caused by water pipe wall fouling, resulting in the gradual reduction of circulating water flow or even blockage caused by equipment failure accounts for about 80% of the equipment damage rate, such as improving the quality of cooling circulating water, and fully better cooling of the equipment, will greatly reduce the equipment failure rate.

    Scope of application
    • For medium and high frequency power supply, induction diathermy furnace induction equipment cooling;
    • For melting furnace, holding furnace, electric arc furnace, calcium carbide furnace and other steel plant steelmaking furnace cooling;
    • Used for quenching various media cooling (medium and high frequency quenching liquid, quenching water solution, quenching oil, electroplating solution);
    • Used for vacuum melting furnace, quenching, tempering, welding and other vacuum furnace cooling;

    Fan

    The three-proof fan used in indoor and outdoor environment is used, with low noise, high rotation efficiency, anti-corrosion and good insulation.

    Water collector

    PVC material made of clip-type water collector, the maximum amount of back to the spray water, and does not affect the wind speed, easy to disassemble.

    Sprinkler

    The selection of special small three-layer nozzle (most manufacturers use ordinary ring nozzle), although the price is high, but completely eliminate the problem of water blockage caused by dirty spray water.

    Cooler

    It is welded with high-quality 304 stainless steel corrugated tube, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, and saves the trouble of disassembling all the maintenance of other manufacturers. It can be repaired only by disassembling the side plate.

    Auxiliary machine

    The water tank is made of brushed stainless steel plate, which is more smooth in appearance and superior in performance than ordinary stainless steel plate.

    Shell

    Are imported coated aluminum zinc plate, is one of the strongest corrosion resistance, heat resistance, service life is 3-6 times the ordinary galvanized sheet. According to special needs can also be customized 304 or 316 stainless steel plate.

    Water pump

    The mechanical seal of the integral centrifugal pump, all use waterproof motor, imported bearings, low lift, large flow, small power consumption.

    Inlet grille

    Anti-dust, waterproof splash, large air intake, small wind resistance, reduce the energy consumption of the fan, and effectively ensure the water quality and temperature of the spray water.
