For small volume traveling wave tubes, this large-scale heating can directly damage the assembled components of the tubes (such as input and output components, slow wave lines, collectors, centralized attenuators, ceramic and metal sealing components, slow wave lines, etc.), leading to a series of problems such as component deformation and ceramic explosion.
High frequency brazing machine has many excellent performance. It uses the heat generated by high-frequency current flowing through the metal to melt the brazing material and fill the gaps of the welded parts. After solidification, it forms an inseparable joint. This method is more suitable for mass production of small parts because it locally heats the welded parts and has a fast heating speed.
